This list is by no means exhaustive, but the problem with pages and pages of links is that a lot of them tend to be of limited use – either not what you’re looking for, or, frankly, a disappointment when you get there. Here I’ve tried to include stuff that I personally find useful and that is of a high quality in terms of information.
Paintshop Pro is developed by Corel. The Corel Website has lots of well-written easy-to-follow tutorials which cover the basics as well as some advanced techniques.

This is the PaintShop Pro forum on the Corel User forums. For some reason, Corel seems to be keeping quiet about it. There’s no link on the main website support section, but if you have a problem it’s one of the best places to go for an answer.
